The user has the right to return any of the items to the seller from which they were purchased in one of the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged and is not usable by the seller.
• Receive a product that is in violation of the pictures and specifications listed by the seller.

Items are not eligible for return

• A product that matches the specifications mentioned on the site and does not have any manufacturing defects.
• A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that leads to changing its specifications or partially or completely destroying it, in addition to any product from which the serial number has been removed.
